This client is in growth mode with some incredibly exciting plans on the horizon. They have a really robust model in place for BAU resourcing and workforce planning, however, are looking for a HR / Resourcing Project Lead to join them who will support a specific scale up project in one part of the business. They will be looking to bring in a range of skill sets on a volume basis and are looking to be proactive in terms of building the talent pipeline and having robust processes in place ready for launch. Key areas of focus will be;
Identification of potential talent pools or transferable skills in the local market
Apprenticeship Levy management
Key point of contact with apprenticeship providers
Identification of and relationship building with third party suppliers
This is a really critical role for them, and we are looking for someone with experience of volume hiring practices across both the temporary and permanent workforce. Ideally you will have worked in an environment where you have scaled up for a site or location opening, or for a surge or increase in capacity such as a peak period. Strong knowledge of apprenticeships is key aswell as tapping into a wide variety of talent pools.
We are open minded regarding the salary on offer for this, but as a guide are looking between £50k - £60k with additional benefits. This will be a Manchester based role, and they work on a hybrid basis however due to the nature of the role it is anticipated you will be on site or with key stakeholder regularly.
This role is being offered on an FTC therefore you'll ideally be available immediately or on a short notice period.
