They now require a commercial HR Operations/Shared Services Lead to lead a small but dedicated HR shared service team to deliver a robust and efficient HR service across the organisation.
What is the role?
A pivotal role within the organisation, this HR Operations manager role will work in synergy with the wider HR team & senior management to implement a "best in class" HR service. This first class opportunity represents a varied role, with a key focus on transactional HR processes including KPI reporting, compliance, developing effective HR systems. key focus areas will include enriching the culture, engaging employees and challenging existing HR processes; so that the business is "future fit" for growth plans. In addition, there will be the scope to get involved with a variety of wider HR projects which in the short to medium term will focus on reward, talent & performance.
What experience does the role require?
You will possess a proven track record of appropriate HR shared service experience and team management; preferably from within a commercial, complex organisation. Naturally detail focused, you will be a sophisticated communicator & change agent. You will possess excellent stakeholder management skills, and will be particularly adept at designing and implementing commercial HR solutions alongside providing insightful commentary from employee data. Understanding best practice around implementing process is key, as is managing and driving positive culture change.
