Who are the organisation?

Well established, this global organisation offers a diverse range of business services within the tech space. They are a market leader, innovative and focused on ambitious future growth plans. They now require a commercial HR Manager to lead a small but dedicated HR Operations team to deliver a robust and efficient HR service across the organisation.

What is the role?

A pivotal role within the organisation and a number 2 to the HR Director, this HR Operations Manager role will be responsible for line managing a small HR Team and working in synergy with the wider team & senior management to implement a "best in class" HR service. This first class opportunity represents a varied role, with a key focus on HR processes including KPI reporting, compliance, developing effective HR systems alongside key stakeholder management in a business partner capacity. Key focus areas will include enriching the culture, engaging employees and challenging existing HR processes; so that the business is "future fit" for growth plans. In addition, there will be the scope to get involved with a variety of wider HR projects which in the short to medium term will focus on future performance.

What experience does the role require?

You will possess a proven track record of appropriate HR operations management and team management experience, preferably from within a commercial, fast paced organisation. Naturally detail focused, you will be a sophisticated communicator & change agent. You will possess excellent stakeholder management skills, and will be particularly adept at designing and implementing commercial HR solutions. Understanding best practice around implementing process is key, as is managing and driving positive culture change.

In return, you can expect a base salary of up to £55,000 doe and the opportunity for long-term development, working alongside a passionate and ambitious HR Director, in an evolving business environment. This role offers hybrid working, with 4 days in the office on the outskirts of Manchester city centre and 1 day home working.
