HR Manager (four days per week) - Manchester - Permanent - circa £45,000 for four days

We are delighted to be partnering with an award winning, highly valued & well-respected hospitality organisation in Manchester city centre.

This is a newly created standalone role and a fantastic opportunity to join a leading organisation that holds their people at the core of their values.

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to head up HR and be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle, provide proactive advice and support across the business to line managers and all employees and to take the lead on HR related projects to drive change and improvement throughout the organisation.

This is an exciting and varied role giving you the opportunity to utilise your full generalist HR toolkit in a world class organisation and play a key role in the development and delivery of its people plans.

Ultimately, we are seeking a forward-thinking HR professional with a solid generalist background and experience gained ideally within the hospitality or retail industry.
Strong employment law knowledge and employee relations experience is a must along with well-developed business & personal judgment skills in resolving issues and the ability to engage people at all levels of the organisation.

With offices in Manchester city centre, they can offer an element of hybrid working including days working from home.
