Working in true partnership with key stakeholders across a number of locations, you will be accountable for providing a quality HR service which encompasses the full spectrum of generalist HR. You will be responsible for understanding key business drivers and delivering value add initiatives which will impact the bottom line and improve the overall performance of the organisation. This is a tactical HR role within a dynamic and agile environment.
You will have had a proven track record of delivering HR within fast paced, unionised industrial environments. A true HR business partner, you will work both autonomously and as part of a wider HR team. In addition, you will possess a creative approach to HR and will thrive on implementing pragmatic HR solutions using best practice HR principles. Your employee relations expertise will be second to none.
Due to the nature of the business, this role is office based and will also entail travel to other local sites.
