Circa £70,000 + bonus + package.

As HR Director and managing a small HR team, this is a fully senior generalist opportunity embracing all aspects of HR with a key focus on implementing a high-performance culture; ensuring that key talent is identified, retained and developed within the organisation.

As a strategic business partner and the custodian of the company values, you will work closely with key stakeholders to drive and enhance organisational effectiveness; ensuring best practice initiatives are delivered across resourcing, capability and employee engagement.

We are seeking a highly commercial individual with the flair to create visionary HR practices and the pragmatism to implement them across diverse business units remotely based. Key personal attributes include:
* strong business acumen
* robust ability to build excellent working relationships
* be a true coach to the business

Preferably MCIPD qualified, you will possess a robust theoretical knowledge of HR combined with the ability to implement agile HR initiatives that will result in tangible business benefit. It is highly likely that you will have prior HR expertise from within a service industry possibly technology led, and will have a full toolkit of delivering best practice & communication across multi-site territories. There will be monthly UK & European travel within the role eventually (agile working is already commonplace), and an appreciation of European employment law would be useful.
