Senior HR Adviser/HR Consultant/Junior HR Business Partner, Up to £40,0000 plus benefits

This is a great opportunity for a resilient HR professional to support a key operating division of a global, complex, multi-sited business. This commercial HR role will play a pivotal part of a focused team, and represents a challenging opportunity to join the business as they continue to embrace continued change and development plans for the future.

Supporting the management population throughout the business, you will be required to develop a thorough understanding of the business, and deliver a comprehensive HR service to promote best practice and help underpin performance.

Adept in the full range of generalist HR skills & as the first point of contact, you will draw on your expertise especially across employee relations, performance management, employee development and resourcing; highlighting trends & suggesting solutions.

You will have a confident & creative approach to HR and will thrive on the challenge of providing pragmatic HR advice & guidance. Key to your success will be your ability to use your highly honed coaching skills to build credible relationships across the business to help develop the management population.
