HR Change Lead - Bedfordshire - upto £65k pus car allowance and bonus - 12-18 month FTC (open to part time / flexible working)
We are currently working on a genuinely exciting opportunity with the UK arm of an international brand, who are experiencing significant growth, change and transformation across all business areas.
With a change blue print at group level, they are now looking for someone with significant HR change management and people impact experience to be the key link between Group and the UK business, pulling together the strands of the various transformation programmes. It touches all areas of the organisation including systems, process, supply chain and customer experience and each area has a programme lead who this role will work closely with.
This role will work closely with the exec team as your key stakeholders providing thought leadership and supporting them in leading their people through change, being the advocate and voice of the employees.
The ideal candidate will come from a generalist background, with a strong bias towards Change and OD in a fast paced and complex environment. You will be ahead of the curve in terms of change methodology and see yourself as or aspire to be a thought leader in the Change space.
Strong communication skills are critical, and you will be comfortable working across all levels of a highly commercial business, able to flex your style and approach as required. You will be able to manage multiple projects and priorities at any one time, and will also be adept at managing projects teams and supporting the development of people working alongside you.

This role is being offered on a 12 - 18 month fixed term basis, therefore you will ideally be available at short notice or immediately. The main office base is in the Bedfordshire area, and while there is flexibility / hybrid working available you must be comfortable to travel for meetings / collaboration as required.
