This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced senior HR adviser or junior HRBP to step into a more senior role & gain more tangible HR business partner expertise. Joining a dedicated HR team, this HR Business Partner role is truly generalist in nature; with an interesting mix of business as usual combined with HR projects.

The business is a niche service provider, global, blue chip in style, established & highly successful with core values at the centre of everything they do. Whilst they are multisite & global with HR best practice protocols in place, they have autonomy in their decision making & how they deliver HR. They have a particularly strong board who fully appreciate the benefit of what good HR can bring to a business, in alignment with a clear business strategy on a short, medium & long term basis.

Truly generalist, this HR Business Partner role will touch everything in the HR generalist gambit. As an HR ambassador, your true purpose will be to provide a high level of customer service & stakeholder management to enable the business to continue their high performance & growth agenda. Activity is varied and will range from employee relations including complex cases, coaching managers how to manage their teams more effectively, updating policy & process, performance, providing insightful trends, resourcing & development. Key themes for next year focus on leadership, performance & culture and engaging employees.

A real team player, able to work at pace with a varied workload, you will have excellent stakeholder management skills. Likely to be CIPD qualified or working towards it, you will have a proven track record of generalist HR experience from within a commercial organisation, and will now be keen to strengthen your HR knowledge & develop your HR project expertise within a global leader. A robust working knowledge at a Senior HR adviser/junior HR Business partner level is paramount for this role, alongside the desire to learn & develop.
