Job description

Are you an experienced HR Business Partner keen to embrace a new role within a leading organisation with an impressive record of success and continuous growth plans?

This is a new HR Business Partner role within a key business stream, offering a basic salary of circa £60,000-£65,000 (depending on experience) with a full benefits package that includes a 20% annual bonus and a car allowance.

The organisation is multisited, operating across the UK - England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
You manage your diary; however, the expectation is that you will work between sites in Scotland (near Glasgow and near Perth) for 3-4 days a week and have flexibility to work from home for 1-2 days.

This is a leading business-to-business organisation within the world of environmental sustainability.
A pacey business, you'll need to establish strong working relationships from the get-go, and as the subject matter expert, you'll be the go-to for all things HR. You'll be joining a dedicated and engaged wider HR team and will be afforded a great deal of autonomy while working within a supportive and values-driven business. The CPO that heads up this team is a consummate professional and has a proven track record of excellence when it comes to HR delivery.

This role is a strategic HR partner for a key business stream. This is an exciting and varied role, giving you the opportunity to utilise your full generalist and strategic HR toolkit in a forward-thinking organisation that holds its people at the core of its values.

Ultimately, we are seeking a forward-thinking HR Business Partner with a commercial outlook and key experience gained, ideally within manufacturing environments, FMCG, or pharmaceutical organisations.
A solid generalist background with strong employment law knowledge, a strategic outlook, well-developed business and personal judgement skills, and the ability to engage people at all levels of the organisation.

The environment is fast-paced and ever-evolving. Therefore, it is essential that you've got a flexible approach and the ability to react quickly and confidently to people's and businesses needs.
