HR Business Partner - Greater Manchester - Permanent - c£65,000 plus bens

We are seeking a highly commercial and customer oriented HR Business Partner to join this successful North West business. With international reach and a strong heritage they continue to thrive and grow.

As the HR function continues to evolve in tune with the business they are now looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to work with them to continue to raise the profile and capability of the team. Aligned to a specific business unit the HR Business Partner will work closely with the leadership on a variety of day to day HR activities, including change management, capability development and engagement. Truly partnering senior leaders, this role is intended as a sounding board and critical friend for all things people, with a key focus on building and sustaining a positive culture of high performance across the business.

The client group is incredibly diverse with a variety of people priorities and requirements. The HRBP will partner the functional leaders at C-Suite level to ensure bespoke strategies and interventions are created to truly empower and develop their teams as they navigate future opportunities and challenges. There is also significant ongoing work around their EVP, CSR and sustainability and as HRBP you will be at the forefront of these programmes from a people perspective, working with cross functional project teams to deliver.

It is essential that you have experience within a HR business partnering capacity, in addition to strong stakeholder management skills. Your approach will be flexible and you will be able to deliver pragmatic, business focused solutions, which meet both people and business needs.

The environment is a fast paced and ever changing commercial business where you will be required to react quickly to business needs. Your influencing skills will be strong, including your ability to challenge stakeholders at all levels, in a professional and collaborative way.

With offices in Greater Manchester they offer hybrid working (details can be discussed during the application process).
