HR Business Partner - c£55,000 plus car allowance and benefits - West Yorkshire - Permanent

The business are a high growth business who design and deliver solutions which impact a huge percentage of the population and create a seamless process when needing to access a critical service. Well established with a good market share they are thriving and are now looking for a HR Business Partner to work with a key division within the business.

This role will report into the Head of HR as part of a small team of BPs, and be aligned to a fast paced and volume driven part of the business. You will form part of the SMT for this area and be the right hand person to the Director of this area. The business have a CoE model therefore you will have a team of Advisors to provide support on first line ER issues, enabling you to support on the big tickets items, although it is expected that you will have solid employment law knowledge and be able to roll your sleeves up, as this is a collaborative and non-hierarchical business.

A large area of focus will include building talent pipelines and focusing on succession planning as they are committed to career development and this division is a fantastic training ground for future talent. Equally you will work with the leadership team to identify talent and ensure that they are nurtured with access to appropriate talent programmes. You will also be heavily involved in workforce planning, recommending the most efficient patterns of work that suit the business, employees and customers.

We are looking for a true HRBP who loves a blend of strategy and ops and likes a fast paced environment. They offer hybrid working (c2.5 days in the Leeds office / the rest home) and some travel to other UK sites will be expected.
