About the Role
HR Manager (HRIS Projects) - Northampton - c£45,000 - £50,000 - 9 month FTC
Who is the business?
A highly commercial and fast paced business who have experienced significant growth through acquisition over the past few years. They are now focusing on embedding consistent and up to date processes, practices and ways of working including the procurement and implementation of a new HRIS.
What is the role?
Very much a project role supporting the existing team with process mapping and systems capability work. You will be aligned to a specific function within HR and will work closely to understands the fundamentals of what they need from the new system and feeding that into the procurement process. You will help to identify where manual processes can be automated and ensuring the requirements are fully tested and configured.
You will also support change management and adoption post implementation, ensuring the system is fully optimised.
Who are we looking for?
A HR generalist with a strong interest and aptitude for systems and processes. Strong knowledge of cyclical HR processes is important to help you ask the right questions and partner effectively with the team to understand how the system needs to work for them.
You must be curious and collaborative with strong project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
This role is being offered on a 9 month FTC basis, to start ASAP. They work on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of 2 office days per week.
