HR Business Partner 6 month FTC
circa £45,000-£55,000 Hybrid working

We are delighted to be supporting this ambitious ever-changing healthcare organisation in the North West. Due to internal changes within the wider HR team they require some interim support, they are looking for a HR Business Partner to support in a hybrid role for an initial 6 month FTC. Not for the faint hearted, the standards are high but with the support of a wonderful and encouraging team this is a fantastic opportunity to learn and prosper.

The role

You'll be responsible for Business Partnering one of the newer divisions within the business designing and implementing commercial HR solutions. Advising and supporting leaders within your division you will be an integral part of the senior leadership team, building credibility through your excellent service delivery and business understanding. Alongside generalist business as usual HR you'll have the opportunity to support on business wide projects, working very closely with the HR Leader.

With a flexible and resilient approach you'll have the proven ability to build strong working relationships and influence senior leaders. You will be passionate about adding value and delivering a first-class HR Partnering service with the ability to work autonomously and proactively and a real drive to succeed.
