The company
A national brand with North-West routes, they are an ambitious and visionary market leader in their services industry. They have rapidly growth through acquisition and are set to continue the acquisition trail looking to double in size. These newly created HR Business Partner roles will be fundamental in achieving this and supporting the business through a period of change and growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced senior HR Advisor or Junior HRBP to step into a more senior role & gain more tangible HR business partner expertise.

The role
This HR Business Partner role is truly generalist in nature, with an interesting mix of business as usual combined with HR projects. Sat within a wider HR Team and reporting directly into the HRD you will take ownership for partnering key stakeholders and implementing the HR strategy across the business. Fast paced and demanding in nature you will receive very supportive management and a real opportunity to impact the wider business.

As HR Business Partner you will coach and support HR Advisors through complex ER cases, monitor KPI and metrics, monitor resourcing needs, ensure the new acquisition people plan is fulfilled and lead on company wide people projects. You'll have the opportunity to develop and deliver training to managers in best practice people management and be a true advocate of the company values.

The candidate
Sector experience isn't important here, what's needed is a truly driven HR professional passionate about building a credible and first-class HR service. You'll need to be commercially astute with excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management. Previous exposure to acquisitions, TUPE and harmonisation is highly desirable. CIPD L7 qualified or equivalent you will be a proven HR generalist ideally with previous multisite experience.

You'll be able to work autonomously and an expert communicator with strong stakeholder management skills. Confident in your employment law knowledge, you will be well equipped in dealing with complex Employee Relations matters in addition to leading and implementing HR projects and initiatives. The role can be based from the North West or Midlands, the business have adopted a hybrid working model, some adhoc travel to sites will be required.
