Tell me more about the role?
Covering the full spectrum of HR activity, you will be assigned to specific business areas ensuring delivery of the overall HR strategy. We are looking for a HR Business Partner to provide advice and support to Line Managers on day to day employee issues, you will become an integral part of the management teams for the functions to which you are assigned, building credibility through excellent service delivery and business understanding.
What are they looking for?
A proven track record of generalist HR especially employee relations within a fast paced, commercial services environment on a multi-site basis. Combined with the ability and know-how of how to manage a high volume of ER cases & general HR enquiries. You will need to have particular strength towards learning and development. Collaborative in your approach you will possess strong stakeholder management skills, alongside a personal robustness/resilience.
