HR Business Partner - Greater Manchester - upto £38,000 - Permanent

A family owned SME in the Manchester area are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to support a specific part of the business which includes Operations, Sales and Head Office functions.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will enjoy a lot of autonomy in this role, and will be able to build relationships across the organisation at various levels. A true generalist, you will touch on most areas of the employee lifecycle with a particular focus on building management capability, and enabling positive change across the business. Upcoming projects will include new systems and therefore new ways of working, so you will be heavily involved in landing these initiatives and communicating them to the client group. Additionally they are really keen to raise the profile of HR as a business function, therefore you role will be focused on adding value as a commercial partner.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a true generalist, perhaps currently working at Senior Advisor level ready to make the move to business partner. You will be a strong communicator, with the ability to build relationships across multiple business functions. You will be able to combine making commercial business decisions with empathy and understanding of the wider impact of these.
