Here at Adam we are working with a fast paced, high growth service sector business to recruit a HR Business Partner who can carried out a truly varied role, partnering the leadership team to deliver a HR service which seamlessly blends business priorities with a strong people focus.

So what will you be doing?

As HR Business Partner you will work with Senior Leaders to support the delivery of their goals through their people, from handling complex ER issues and policy / process updates, through to supporting cultural change and transformation, ensuring engagement and performance are not affected. You will work on projects such as systems update and improvements, aswell as high profile change projects as needed by the business.

This business operate within the service sector and keep their fingers very much on the pulse in terms of short, medium and long term changes in their market. They aim to keep ahead of the curve from an innovation perspective, and are always seeking new products and offerings to add to their portfolio.

Who are they looking for?

A pragmatic, commercial and knowledgeable HR professional who is able to balance multiple priorities at any one time. You must be comfortable rolling your sleeves up and getting involved in operational issues from time to time, while able to think bigger picture and take on strategic projects. You will be an excellent communicator, with the confidence to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders.
