The business

We are delighted to be partnering a thriving fintech business in their search to find a HR Assistant. This truly unique vales driven business are leading the way in doing things differently and well renowned for providing a first-class service to their customers. This brand-new role is a great opportunity for a highly driven senior HR Assistant or Advisor wanting to develop their HR career further with a highly successful and ambitious international business.

The role

Working closely with the HR Director, the role will take administrative responsibility for the full employee lifecycle across the business, processing employee data and ensuring the HR Information System is kept up to date. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on projects and deliver a first-class HR service. Once well established in the business and post the role will instinctively evolve into a HR Advisor/Junior BP position.

The candidate

Highly organised with excellent presentation and literacy skills you will need an eye for details. Above all we are looking for a fun, authentic, self-starter who wants to grow and develop their career in HR and happy to get stuck in! You will need to have experience in a similar HR role and a proven track record of delivering pragmatic solutions in a dynamic and fast paced setting.

CIPD or willingness to work towards is highly advantageous and an understanding of HR Information Systems, in particular BambooHR is highly desirable. Things to note

The business currently operates a hybrid model, and you will be required to be in the Manchester office at least 2 days per week.
