A massive success story, this £multi-million turnover business is a well established, brand leader who are on a growth journey. They have stand out products, an excellent executive team and a robust business strategy. They now need HR support to help them achieve their future goals. The business is an SME feel to it, and prides itself on a collaborative infrastructure where employees are empowered by autonomy. There is also a refreshing lack of "red tape" required to get things done, which injects a pace into operations.

This HR & Talent Business Partner will effectively be the number 1 to the CEOs on a stand alone basis, and the role will encompass both strategy & operational. In light of this, they need to appoint a contemporary & pragmatic HR professional to help support the business goals, strategic aims and deliver an engaging people experience.

This HR & Talent Business Partner role is truly generalist across the HR spectrum, however key focus areas will be around implementing a high-performance culture where key talent is identified, retained and developed within the organisation. As a strategic business partner, you will work closely with senior leaders to drive organisational effectiveness which will deliver both high employee engagement & enhanced customer service.

We are seeking a highly commercial individual with the flair to create visionary HR practices and the pragmatism to implement them effectively. To succeed, you will combine a sophisticated range of influencing styles, a strong honed business acumen and a robust ability to build excellent working relationships.

You'll have a diverse range of proven HR experience perhaps from within a growth SME environment, & will truly know "what good looks like" from an HR perceptive & how it can positively impact business operations. In addition, you will be accomplished at delivering HR best practice, and will have creativity and flair especially around talent attraction, development & retention.

This role offers true autonomy to make a genuine contribution within a growth organisation.

Location is South Manchester with hybrid working typically 3 days/week, and salary is likely to be circa £50k.
