We are seeking a HR Data Analyst specialist to join a dedicated & talented HR team. This analytics role has arisen to strengthen the HR service to the business and the senior team, in managing and maintaining HR data across a range of operational activities plus projects to ensure full optimisation.

Working within a highly commercial and complex business environment, this HR data analyst role will be required to build, develop and deliver meaningful reports for HR data analysis. Working very closely with the wider business and the HR team to identify & implement process improvements, this role will be accountable for creating solutions and proactively suggesting effective MI & data systems.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success within the HR data analysis arena and be comfortable with HR software/databases. You will need to work with initiative, be collaborative and with excellent interpersonal skills that can be demonstrated on all levels.
