I'm delighted to be partnering with an extremely valuable and well-respected organisation in their search for a HR Advisor.

They have impressive & continuous company expansion plans and you'll be joining an established HR team, reporting into a Head of People that champions growth and development.

This is a home-based regional role working three days per week from home and two days 'on site' at locations within your region.

In this key role, you will be responsible for managing a day-to-day HR Advisory service and support to the leadership team and team members on all Human Resources matters.
You'll support, guide and coach Operations and Service managers with all HR/ER related queries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures and they are applied fairly and consistently across the organisation within the parameters of employment law.

We are seeking a forward-thinking HR Advisor with excellent communication and relationship development skills and the ability to engage at all levels of the business. Strong employment law knowledge and experience is essential along with well-developed business & personal judgment skills in resolving issues.
