A highly successful market leading services business operating across the UK, this is an extremely entrepreneurial, commercial and pacy business, providing specialist services within the public sector. Sustainability is high on their agenda, and they are focussed on providing a positive impact across their business and the wider community. The HR team has recently been transformed and continues to grow to support the success of the business, leading to the creation of this exciting HR Advisor position.

As HR Advisor you'll have the opportunity to get stuck in and really make a difference.

Working within a much wider HR Service, you'll provide support to the HR Business Partner in your assigned region on a day to day basis. You will provide effective support, guidance and advice to managers and employees within your region in line with policy and best practice. Delivering excellent customer service, objectivity, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times will be your speciality.

This role is truly generalist in nature, and you will cover the full employee lifecycle - ensuring legal compliance, quick, efficient, and quality support for the business, and a 'right first-time' approach. You will also support wider team with projects as required.

This is a fully regional and visible role, with the locations covered being North West, Yorkshire and East Midlands. A home location anywhere within these areas would be ideal. It is likely that you will spend a good amount of time working from home, with travel to the sites within your regions as required.

We are looking for demonstrable relevant experience at HR Advisor level, ideally within a multifaceted fast paced environment.

You will be an expert in employee relations, possess a good understanding of HR/Payroll interfaces, TUPE transfers, coaching, and have performance management skills.

You'll need to be an effective relationship builder, able to develop strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders. CIPD qualification would be advantageous, but not essential.

Above all, you'll need to be highly organised, with a strong attention to detail, and a methodical, thorough approach to work. You'll be able to work to deadlines and on your own initiative.
