HR Advisor
Job description
* Employee Relations - dealing with ad-hoc HR queries, advising managers on policy and procedure, end to end management of a varied ER caseload
* Change Management - supporting the HRBP's with change initiatives such as restructures, consultations, redundancies etc.
* Absence Management - monitoring absence levels, Occupational Health referrals,
* Induction and Onboarding
* HR MI - undertaking regular analysis of key variables, taking note of trends in the data and creating a variety of reports
* HR Projects - supporting managers with a variety of HR projects on an ad-hoc basis
