HR Advisor: Manchester based with ad-hoc travel to other offices: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract: Paying up to £27,000 + Amazing Benefits

Adam HR are delighted to be representing our multi award-winning, IIP Gold status professional services client in their search for a HR Advisor to join their team on a 12 Month Fixed Term basis.
Reporting into the HR Manager, the HR Advisor would be responsible for all generalist HR duties including:

* Supporting the recruitment process, sifting CV's and conducting interviews
* On-boarding of new starters
* Delivering company induction to new staff
* Providing timely and constructive first line advisory support to employees and managers on employee relations issues in line with company policy and procedure
* Deliver training sessions, HR workshops and coaching to line managers on HR policy and employment law updates
* Contribute to the implementation/update of company policies, procedures and HR initiatives
* HR Administration duties such as maintaining employee files and general day to day correspondence
* Supporting on HR projects,
* Being a brand ambassador for the company, promoting the business as an employer of choice and upholding the company vision and values at all times
* Building rapport and maintaining effective relationships with all employees and managers

In order to be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have previous experience in a generalist HR Advisory capacity, ideally gained from within a professional services environment as well as the following:
* CIPD qualified or willing to work towards
* Strong employment law knowledge with experience of managing employee relations issues
* A good working knowledge of HR systems
* You will be willing and able to travel to other office locations
