Job description

We are looking for a proactive HR Advisor to support a key operating division of an exceptional business in Manchester city centre. Skilled in the full range of generalist HR, you will draw on your expertise especially across employee relations, performance management and employee development.

Supporting the employees throughout the business, you will be required to develop a thorough understanding of the business and deliver a comprehensive HR service to promote best practice and help underpin performance.

Crucial to your success will be your ability to use your highly honed coaching skills to support managers in best-practice people management including the handling of disciplinary, absence, attendance and probationary issues.

CIPD qualified you will be highly skilled at dealing with high volume and complex ER cases. You will need to have previous experience providing HR advice in a contact centre environment. Previous experience in multi-lingual and diverse environment and using Workday is desirable.
