Head of Sales
Location: Manchester (hybrid 2/3 days a week in the office)
Full Time: Permanent
Salary / Benefits: £65k-£70k plus bonus
We're looking for an exceptional Head of Sales with a solid background in sales leadership. You should be proactive and a results-driven sales professional who is passionate about sales and driving business growth. You will play a vital role in our client's success and ongoing expansion.
The ideal candidate will excel in devising and executing successful sales strategies, boosting revenue, and expanding our client's customer base. You must possess outstanding leadership and team-building skills, including the ability to recruit, train, and oversee a high-performing sales team.
- Create and implement a strategic sales strategy to boost growth in the real estate market sector while aligning with the company's overarching goals.
- Exceed revenue targets by promoting the company's SaaS products and services in the real estate market sector. This includes securing large clients and serving as a mentor in a leadership role.
- Lead, supervise, and guide the sales team, establishing transparent expectations, monitoring performance, offering constructive feedback, and cultivating a culture of high performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market prospects, and the competitive landscape to identify and pursue potential partnerships and sales prospects.
- Cultivate and uphold strong relationships with crucial clients.
- Supervise sales operations, encompassing pipeline management, sales predictions, and the establishment of key performance indicators to guarantee the team attains or surpasses sales objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer service, to coordinate strategies, enhance product offerings, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Create and deliver effective sales training programs, sales materials, and tools to empower the sales team to engage effectively with potential clients.
- Provide consistent and precise sales reports, performance evaluations, and recommendations to executive management, emphasising accomplishments, challenges, and growth possibilities.
- Proven experience of successful sales experience and in a leadership role, preferably in SaaS or technology.
- Understanding of the property market sector, including property management knowledge, is advantageous.
- Proficient in leading and motivating sales teams, promoting collaboration, and achieving results through effective coaching and performance management.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of executing data-driven sales strategies to meet business goals.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills for maintaining client relationships at all levels.
- Skilled in using data and analytics to drive insights and inform sales strategies.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
