This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join a leading hospitality provider at their office in West London, on a full-time basis.

You will have a background in B2B Marketing & have extensive experience in leading and managing teams.

What you will be doing….

The role of the "Head of Marketing" is to be the go-to person for all Corporate Marketing Matters for the Group, and in support of the various country organizations as they reposition their company as it transforms itself from a purely product proposition into a fully data-centric business.

My client is looking for a Head of Marketing who'll lead all their marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects. The Head of Marketing's responsibilities include developing plans to help establish their brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals.

Responsibilities….

1.Define, refine & evolve Marketing Strategy with the Chief Strategy Officer
2.Prepare & manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
3.Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, Creative and more…
4.Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
5.Define the right mix of Insourced and outsourced activity
6.Set, monitor and report on team goals
7.Run campaigns, ensure their brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
8.Analyze consumer behaviour and determine customer personas
9.Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
10.Bring some "wow" into the business and inspire those around you, as well as those reporting to you by adding to their competencies with relevant areas of specialization

Experience:
You have run successful marketing campaigns
You have a solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
You have experience with CRM software
You have leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
You have an analytical mind

People Management
You will have 2x direct reports in the central Marketing Team
You will approx. 10 reports in the Country Marketing organisations

Special Remarks

National & international travel will be required
