Interim/Permanent , Head of Marketing and Ecommerce We are currently looking to recruit an exceptional head of Ecommerce and Marketing for a highly successful and ambitious FMCG business based in the North West. With a brand ranked number 1 in the UK in their sector they are looking to grow considerably on an international basis over the next couple of years. You will be responsible for managing the full offline & online marketing mix, as well as leading the marketing and eCommerce department,delivering marketing & eCommerce strategies, with a focus on new customer acquisition and unique marketing techniques to increase brand awareness. This role will cover the UK and International territories. Your focus will be to strengthen the marketing function ensuring the team works together in cohesive and joined up way in order to achieve and deliver acquisition pipeline and the business growth and retention ambitions. You will also contribute to the development of strategic partnership relationships , monitor competition in the market and provide valuable, input into competitive strategy and activity.
The successful candidate *You will be a highly experienced marketing and Ecommerce professional with experience leading successful marketing teams. *You will have a track record in driving change and making things happen - delivering results quickly and efficiently. *Will be comfortable operating within a rapid growth environment, ideally in the FMCG sector. *You'll also have exceptional understanding of all digital communication channels, e-commerce platforms, and database management tools. *Experience working across International territories and knowledge of how to work with Distributors is highly beneficial. *You'll have extensive experience of driving performance and metrics with the ability to identify and create growth opportunities for the business. *You'll ideally be available at short notice
