As the stand-alone Head of Human Resources reporting to the CEO, you'll be the driving force behind building the HR function; responsible for both strategic planning and day-to-day operations. Initially adopting a hands-on approach you'll address immediate HR needs while pivoting strategically to position the company for sustained growth. The potential to build and lead a high-performing HR team in the future exists.
You'll understand the HR challenges of a high-growth, SME business and will have the know-how to balance strategic vs operational, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business. To be successful in this Head of HR role, you'll have tangible strategic & operational HR experience, preferably within a high-growth SaaS business. You'll be commercially astute, accustomed to partnering with C suite, change agent savvy, and deliver at pace.
