The business in question is successful established manufacturing organisation based in Deeside. They require a Head of HR to lead their HR function across a number of sites.
Working closely with leadership team and leading an HR team; you will be delivering HR services that truly enables the business, drives productivity and engages employees.
Considering the above, this business seeks a robust & pragmatic Senior HR Professional who possesses a full HR toolkit, knows what good HR looks like and constantly looks to provide a value added HR service. Likely previous experience is from within a highly commercial & fast paced unionised manufacturing environment (you know what good HR looks like).
Due to the nature of the business, this role is based from the office.
