This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join a market leading digital agency in Manchester as they search for their newest addition to the team - Head of Customer Experience. As the Head of CX, you will be building and developing a team of UX designers and researchers that work across multiple agile product development squads. You will manage the design and digital operations, bring structure to different processes and tools, mentor other members of the team and always have the customer at the heart of your thinking.

About You
*Currently in a lead role within CX, UX or Digital Ecommerce Strategy
*Experience dealing with key stakeholders, going through requirements, producing digital solutions to complex questions
*Experience in Product Design, Research, A/B Split Testing
*Experience leading design, UX and research teams, prototyping and mocking up new ideas and concepts
*Ability to motivate, inspire and grow a team from the ground up - a natural leader that is calm, collected and enjoys work
*Experience working in agile environments, with multi-disciplined teams.
