Job description

As Head of Culture, are you ready to steer this tech giant in their accelerated growth programme?

This is a brand-new opportunity, working collaboratively with the C-suite and senior leadership team members to help curate and deliver culture to the forefront of everything they do.

Who are they?

Hugely successful tech business, with circa 500 employees at present, who in their last 5 years have grown exponentially and been a true disruptor in their specialist vertical. Don't just take our word for it, they are a celebrated Best Company to Work at & their Glassdoor profile reflects their success to date.

Now is the time to ensure the right cultural initiatives are instilled and embedded across the organisation, for the benefit of both employees and customers alike.

What's the role?

A pivotal member of the wider People team & leading an Employee Experience team, this Head of Culture role will be instrumental in determining the culture that the organisation wants and needs for the future.

By no means exhaustive, key responsibilities will involve; developing a culture playbook, developing & aligning cultural roadmaps, behavioural frameworks and internal communications, robust compliance measures, driving the employee engagement strategy, appropriate reward mechanisms, leading culture working groups and fostering employee development.

Suffice to say, it's going to be a very busy role - there's a lot to do and focus on, however there will be support at every turn to help refresh, refocus and rebrand.

This role could be based at their offices in either Manchester, London, or Oxford.

Who are they looking for?

Plainly speaking you will be a subject matter expert when it comes to Culture, and will have delivered a similar role within a fast growth, scale up organisation, preferably a technology environment. They are not a steady state organisation, and being a new role, they would really value the expertise and direction such experience brings.

Highly effective in stakeholder management, you will possess excellent communication & leadership skills alongside being a natural completer-finisher. You'll adapt quickly to changing priorities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a "best in class" outcome.

This organisation has offices in Oxford, London & Manchester, and embraces hybrid working. We would expect weekly or bi-weekly travel to their Oxford office.
