Head of CRM - large Finance and Tech company - 45k to 55k - 10% bonus - Pension and 33 days holiday
Our client is going through another period of growth and is on target for another record breaking year. They are looking to drive their CRM to another level and need someone to help continue to build a team within this area. They will have just moved to a new CRM system and will have everything in place to make a real impact straight away.
- Managing and building a team will be part of this role, previous knowledge of management ideally managing teams of 1 to 2 plus previously
- Managing a new CRM system, ideally experience of implementing a new CRM system previously
- Experience of on-boarding partners, management of stalk-holders both internally and externally
- Working across x4 Brands within the business, a candidate who has worked across multiple brands previously will have an advantage
- A candidate who has worked in a quick fast paced environment before, whether that be finance, Tech, E-Commerce or quick moving online business
- Managing a large data base in the Millions, which is looking to triple in the next 18 months from previous and projected statistics
- Managing large and complex systems and technologies, experience of working previously with DSP's (demand-side platform). Reporting and present both to you Head of Marketing and the board
- Commercial and Innovation, working with clever and aggressive Campaigns across this year and planning for new exciting campaigns for 2020. Experience of integrating campaigns across FB and WhatsAppp
- Awareness of restrictions and legislation across specific sectors, including the possible impact of GDPR
