Employee Relations Advisor
Manchester, hybrid - 3 days per week in the office
Salary up to £35,000 plus bonus
12 month FTC

Are you an experienced HR/ER Advisor with strong employee relations experience, excellent employment law knowledge, and the confidence and ability to provide advice and coaching to managers on a range of employee relations issues?

We're partnering with a leading organisation to recruit an Employee Relations Advisor for 12 months, covering maternity leave.

This is a highly successful organisation with excellent culture and values, offering hybrid working options with three days per week working in the Manchester office (Spinningfields area)

In this key role, as Employee Relations Advisor, you will focus predominantly on employee relations casework. You'll provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, and collaborate to develop and implement strategies for improving employee relations and engagement.

We are seeking a forward-thinking HR Advisor with strong employee relations casework experience, excellent employment law knowledge, well-developed business and personal judgement skills in resolving issues, and the ability to engage colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
