Digital Marketing Director

Our client is looking for an experienced and result-driven Head of Digital Marketing to join their world-class marketing team. As a Head of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy. In a world where digital is the new normal, your role will play a crucial role in achieving business goals and objectives.

You should have experience and a big passion for digital technologies and utilizing different digital marketing channels.

What you'll be doing….

*Defining the digital marketing strategy, aligned with marketing, technology, product and sales colleagues
*Responsible for digital corporate channels both internal and external, aligning with the brand and communications team
*Have expert knowledge in marketing technologies (Eloqua, market, Hubspot) & know how to use this to improve and scale marketing outcomes, keep abreast of marketing trends in AI etc
*Have the vision to see how digital trends can add value to business and champions new approaches in the business
*Work with teams to collect and interpret marketing and customer data and insights
*Lead and communicate digital marketing trends within marketing and across the business
*Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget
*Provide leadership, direction and mentoring to guide the marketing staff in its day-to-day activities
*Manage the hiring, development and retention of digital marketing talent
