Role: Digital Marketing Coordinator

Location: Manchester ( 9-5 Hybrid - 2 days in the office).

Salary: Competitive (Message for details).

The purpose of the role is to:

  • Work with the business and all European offices to offer guidance and support on digital best practice
  • Support the digital teams and developers to manage the development backlog and define requirements
  • Writing user stories and acceptance criteria for Business as Usual and project work
  • UAT and release sign-off for Business as Usual and project work
  • Support the business with the creation, delivery and pan-European rollout of new content, features, and projects within the CMS platforms
  • Support and monitor content creation in line with the European strategy
  • Project management and delivery of smaller-scale projects including rollouts to all European territories
  • Reporting and analysis of the sites to highlight opportunities and areas of improvement (PDCA)

Essentials

  • A degree or relevant qualification in a digital marketing / related subject
  • CMS experience
  • Experience in analytics and SEO tools (GA, Data Studio, search console, etc)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational / project management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good general computer skills - Microsoft Office.
  • Positive, hands-on team player who values a healthy, enjoyable working environment.

Desirables (But not essential!)

  • Experience working on global/multilingual / multi-node sites
  • General understanding of UX and UI, A/B testing & CRO
  • Awareness of tech stacks and development standards - HTML, CSS, .net
  • Experience with enterprise CMS platforms such as Sitecore
  • CRM experience
  • Experience with task management & comms tools such as JIRA / Teams
  • Knowledge of scrum or agile methodologies
  • Adobe / Photoshop experience
  • Extra European languages
