Job description

Digital Learning Manager - Greater Manchester - c£50k - Permanent

This business has a huge transformation agenda which is based around modernisation and fit for the future as they redevelop their customer experience. They have a diverse workforce with a huge operational workforce and an ambitious strategy regarding Talent and Development.

With new leadership in the L&D function they have recruited a number of new roles into the team and the Digital Learning Manager is a critical position. You will own the digital learning strategy, considering how the broad audience will access and carry out learning. They are keen to review their LMS and you will be a key part of developing / improving or sourcing a new one, along with creating digital learning contact using a variety of tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline (or others you have in your toolkit). They are very keen to drive a culture of employee-led learning across the business and this will be at the forefront of the digital learning strategy.

They offer hybrid working however there is a bias to being office based due to the nature of the environment, they are happy discuss any flex that is required within reason. The salary on offer is c£50k plus great bens.
