Job description

Be central to decisions on all projects around Customer Journey with this Customer Experience Manager role in Cheshire. It represents a real opportunity to have an impact on the Customer Experience strategy of a national B2B and B2C organisation, ensuring delivery of promise to four different customer groups. You will be instrumental in developing a new case management system and driving issues of quality and accountability.

This Customer Experience Manager role will manage a CRM Manager (Temp) and sit in a wider team of 14. You will map, plan and audit existing CUX, while managing customer expectations through effective CX design, process mapping and communication touchpoints

Needed for this role-
-Demonstrable success within a Customer Experience Management role
-Experience within a B2B/ B2C/ B2R regulated industry would be an advantage
-Experience driving change through customer feedback, data intelligence and insight
-Experience leading CUX projects
-Experience in quality assurance
