CRM Manager/Executive
My client is a highy successful Professional services firm about to embark on their next stage of growth. In this newly created role the CRM Manager/Executive will be responsible for the implementation of the firm's CRM Strategy to ensure best practice amongst all firm members.Based in Manchester or Liverpool you will have overall responsibility for developing, implementing and managing a robust CRM data maintenance programme ensuring (InterAction) is fit for purpose, relevant and reliable in accordance with industry best practice. Where needed your role will involve training and coaching of partners and other key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
*Establishing best practice in relation to the management of all types of business development activity including events and communications across the firm for all audiences, in all geographies, and the operation of the CRM system to support this and other electronic client communications.
*Ensuring the CRM system is fit for purpose and is used to deliver better data-driven decision making across the Firm
*To refine approach to promoting and managing events and client communications via the CRM system and digital marketing
*Establishing mechanisms for planning, budgeting, client engagement and ROI-measurement and reporting results
*implement activities to enhance client information
*To support the development of a long-term CRM strategy aligned to business strategy around client development and client journey planning/client engagement/campaign management.
*To restructure the CRM system as required

The successful candidate will have:
*knowledge of InterAction desirable not essential
* data mining and reporting skills
*strongunderstanding of CRM and how it tactically underpins business development and marketing communications
*Able to collaborate with and influence at all levels
