Job description

Our client is on the hunt for a dynamic candidate who will use their positive, enthusiastic personality to propel them to success in this role. To support their development, this business is looking to hire an experienced CRM and email marketer who can apply their extensive collection of skills to this role and provide invaluable assistance to the Head of CRM and Customer.

Main roles and responsibilities of the CRM Executive:
*Management and execution of the CRM email programme.
*Ownership of the email content calendar.
*Develop and brief creative copy and concepts to creative team for design.
*Asset management, ensuring correct imagery, pricing, etc.
*Building customer emails.
*Analyse customer data to drive innovative marketing campaigns.
*Report on customer campaigns against targets, with clear result-based recommendations for improvement.
*Work closely with the CRM agency to ensure the correct audience is being targeted.
*Identify and select target groups for campaign initiatives and create testing plans to determine the optimal combination for activity, to include offer, timing, creative etc
*Analyse existing customer behaviours and identify key customer moments when CRM communications should be executed.
*Working with the Commercial team to promote the right products to the right people, in line with the marketing content plan
*Working with the retail team to deliver a more localised email programme

The ideal candidate:
*Proven track record within a CRM marketing role, particularly in a B2C environment and ideally within retail.
*Previous experience using CRM platforms.
*A creative flair, yet a solid understanding of ROI and a commercial awareness.
*An analytical mindset.
*Capable of working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
*Strong understanding of the impact of direct marketing on consumer behaviour and how it drives engagement through to acquisition and retention.
*Experienced in HTML, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
*Willing to work flexibly.
