We are working with a London-based boutique consultancy who are looking for a SCRUM Master to work at their Swiss base in Basel for a 6-month contract.
We are looking for someone who is collaborative and passionate about taking on a variety of challenges - from building out a strategic vision for a project to leading a multi-disciplinary team.
Their work is broad and varied, so they are after someone with fantastic product knowledge, knows when to ask the right questions at the right time and pushes boundaries to thrive in today's digital world.
Who are they? /What do they do? They're a boutique consultancy that acts as a collaboration partner for their diverse range of clients. They help their clients tackle their biggest challenges, build their internal capabilities, and inject agility into their organisations. Their work comprises of two core offerings: "making" new products and services, and "coaching" teams and organisations on how to work with agility as they deliver new products and services.
About the role… The work will be both on-site in Basel, and remotely from London. The right person needs to be able to travel and work abroad (or be based in Basel). They've been working with a large pharmaceutical company for 6 months - coaching their leadership and teams - whilst they shape a vision for delivering a Digital Transformation across the Manufacturing sites.
A key part of this Digital Transformation is to make a Data and Analytics Product that brings together all of their data and analytics, providing their leadership and site managers one view of the manufacturing operation - enabling them to make critical business decisions, drive efficiencies and significant cost savings.
Experience/skills required - -Experience of working on large scale digital transformations (preferably in pharma) -Have experience of working with a Product Team -Ability to communicate effectively to all levels and positions of a company -Experience of working with Data and Analytics Products
