Full Time
Salary: £40k-£50k per annum DOE
Hybrid: 1-2 days in the office per week, WFH remainder of the time

Focus of the role:
Are you a communications pro looking for an exciting new change? We are currently recruiting a Communications Business Partner in the Coventry area. Someone who is confident in working with specialist colleagues to collaborate and present business strategy into clear goals.
This role is 90% internal and 10% external communications, ranging from internal memos to issuing press releases. With high attention to detail and a knack for handling deadlines and managing priorities efficiently.
The Role:
Internal -Deliver excellent internal communications which connect employees to each other, the vision and strategic priorities as a business. This will include some working with our contract partners Media · Deliver a media relations plan which includes on-going media visibility, and issues, positively raising the profile of your designated area and protecting the reputation of the organisation.· Support crisis communication incidents and responses. Mainly for support functions but supporting network incidents if required.
General
Supporting and enabling business stakeholders to deliver compelling external and internal communications campaigns that excite and engage employees, customers and wider stakeholders with strategic priorities and plans for the future · Your will work with functional leaders and senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on the communication of complex plans, change programmes, corporate initiatives and enhancing the profile with customers, media and key stakeholders. They will build relationships and influence on our strategy, priorities, values and direction with the confidence to constructively challenge, influence and guide communications decisions Supporting the development and delivery of the Communications strategy for functional areas, a strong understanding of the communications mix/multi-channel approach and planning is essential for this role

Specialist responsibilities:
Building and maintaining positive working relationships with key regional, trade, international business/financial and some national journalists as well as the press and media teams of key regional and some national stakeholders, in order to seek proactive media opportunities to increase knowledge and understanding of the business, it's strategy and position in society
Contribute effectively to crisis management, incident and media handling
You:
*Degree educated or industry equivalent
*In-depth experience within business communication management
*Results and Delivery Focused
*Knowledge of Media Relations
*Demonstrable experience of organised change programmes
*Good Copywriting Skills
