Business development Manager Due to the firms ambitious growth strategy we are looking to recruit an exceptionally results driven Business Development Manager for this high profile International real estate firm in London. Reporting to the Head of Business Development you will support business units in delivering their financial targets and business plans from research to lead identification and closing new accounts. A new business specialist with a solid background in property is essential in order to capitalise on cross sell and upsell opportunities within this dynamic and fast paced team. Key responsibilities New business identification - coordinate and implement strategies to identify and secure new clients. Managing sales for selected business units and sector groups. Assist in developing sales growth strategies Lead various cross sell initiatives aimed at developing clients and targets more effectively. Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities Maintain and develop networking contacts through industry related associations Work closely with the client development team on key account plans and client feedback programme. The successful candidate will have Previous experience working in a business development role in real estate Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue growth. Highly organised and experienced in managing sales pipeline. Understand the key elements of the property life cycle and how service lines interrelate. Relevant degree and/or professionally recognised qualification beneficial but not essential. Experience of working on tender portals would also be beneficial.
