Are you a hands on and strategic Business Development Director looking for your next move? Join a growing team with an award winning, Global B2B Tech business based in London.
In this role you'll take responsibility for a large team of BDMs and Sales Representatives, developing their skills and growth as well as getting involved in hands on BD.

You will be-
-Suggesting improvements to optimise the lead qualification process
-Using data to improve efficiency and results
-Implementing a prospecting methodology and behavioural expectations
-Creating reports on weekly, monthly and quarterly team forecasts
-Participating as a team member in strategic and tactical planning

You will need-
-Significant experience working at Business Development Director level, managing a large team
-Significant experience using data and analytics to increase efficiency
-Experience in the B2B Tech sector is an advantage
-Strong experience using a CRM system
-Ability to work in teams to develop strategies and action plans
-Degree level education (desirable)

The salary for this role is up to 100K plus bonus.
