Job title: Brand Manager - Trade Marketing/Consumer
Location: Huddersfield
Salary & Benefits: circa £38k DOE + Benefits include flexible working and parking.
Type of Role: Permanent

Focus of the role is up to 20% Consumer Based, 80%Trade Marketing

We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager for our client, to manage all aspects of marketing for a brand.
The job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Development and implementation of the marketing and brand strategy to deliver agreed sales targets
* Management of all marketing elements to maximise market performance and deliver ROI
* Management of PR, Advertising, Agency relationships, and management of both trade and consumer campaigns
* Work closely with the sales team and key account managers to produce monthly reports, as well as provide marketing support and materials
* Conducting ongoing market research to monitor market trends, shares, and competitor activity.

The ideal candidate will:
* Have fantastic creativity skills
* Be experienced in project management and influencing others
* Have strong commercial and strategic awareness
* Hold a relevant degree (Ideal but not essential)
* Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure whilst able to deliver against targets
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office
* Have excellent analytical and numeracy skills, with great attention to detail and confidence when dealing with colleagues at all levels across the business
* Be excellent at managing their time, with the ability to prioritise tasks
* Have strong verbal and written communication skills
* Have a firm understanding of multi-channel marketing campaigns (inc. digital and social)
* Have proven experience in a brand management role (which includes fast paced environment FMCG or Consumer experience)
