Bid Manager
My client is a high profile global professional services firm with a reputation for innovation and exceptional client service. They are looking to recruit a Bid Manager to be based in Leeds or Newcastle. The role will focus on helping the firm win new profitable business through formal pitch opportunities. This is a firm wide role, working across all of the firm's practice groups, sectors and international offices.This would be a fantastic opportunity for an Exec or Co-ordinator ready for their next step up.

Your key responsibilities will be to advise and coach partners and fee earners on bid no bid decision making process and to respond to and lead the bid management process. You will
Develop a bid management strategy on a case by case basis to include win themes and value proposition developing bespoke content that is compelling and client focused. Your role
Will also be responsible for delivering training on bid management best practice to improve success rates and gather client feedback.

The successful candidate will have:
*An exposure to professional services desirable but not essential
*Excellent bid and project management skills
*Degree/CIM Chartered Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing/MBA (desirable)
