Bid Executive - Professional Services - UK Wide/Remote
My client is a high profile and innovative Professional Services firm with a reputation for creativity and inclusion. As an ambitious and growing firm the Bid and Business development team is part of the firms Relationship function which takes a relationship-focused approach to winning new work as essential. The Bid and BD function delivers a very creative, tailored approach to winning new work for both existing and target clients. As Bids Executive you will support a range of new business opportunities, ranging from formal tenders to informal opportunities, working with the Bid and Client Partners leading the opportunity, other Partners and key stakeholders and colleagues in the Bid and BD team. The successful candidate will bring new ideas and creativity to help differentiate the bid and BD approach from other firms.

You will report into the Senior Bid Manager and will work closely with the wider Relationship team. Working as part of BD and Bid team responsibilities will include:
*Co-ordinating preparation / input into scoping meetings with the client.
*Organising research / client intelligence to help the team shape ideas tailored to the clients' business/goals.
*Helping project manage internal and external deadlines
*Collating and co-ordinating copy.
*Document production
*Liaising with / briefing BD colleagues providing input on a particular opportunity.
*Carrying out portal uploads.
*Organising hard copy submission logistics.

The successful candidate:
*Bid experience , exposure to professional services beneficial but not essential
*Highly organised and comfortable working to deadlines in a pressurised environment without compromising quality.
*Confident, collaborative approach to working with a broad range of stakeholders and colleagues
*Exceptional communication skills,
*Strong skills in drafting and editing accurate copy.
