Bid Co-ordinator - Professional Services - Birmingham
We are looking to recruit an exceptional Bid Co-ordinator for a high profile and Internationally renowned professional services firm. Working closely with the Bid Manager you will make sure that bids get out on time, collating content, producing documents and managing the process for a variety of bids across the business to help drive win rates, fee growth and profit
Key responsibilities:
*To coordinate the production and delivery of expressions of interest (EOIs), prequalification questionnaires (PQQs), request for qualifications (RFQs)
*To ensure that all enquiries are updated and added to the system on a daily basis.
*Monitoring of OJEU tenders and competition websites on daily basis
*Produce content and prepare materials for EOI, PQQ, RFQ and other responses
*To assist with preparation of marketing materials as part of the new business team
*Log related project information onto the system
*Proof reading and checking bids for compliance with the company's style guidelines
*Monitor competition websites & publications for eligible competitions, and consult senior management on whether to pursue.

The successful candidate will have:

*Experience of supporting the preparation of bid documents and knowledge of bid processes
*Experience of being part of a team
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Some experience of professional services would be beneficial but not essential
