Job Title: Account Manager/Director

Location: Manchester
Base Salary & benefits: £35k-£45k, depending upon experience
Type of role: Permanent

Job Description includes but not limited to:
*Lead point of contact for all key accounts - from pitch to delivery
*Work between the client, project managers & developers
*Proven ability to build strong business relationships
*Assist the sales team in negotiating contracts
*Facilitating clear communication between the client & the business to ensure the delivery of smooth projects & progress reporting
*Predict & track key account metrics
Skills & Background:
Proven relevant experience as a Account Manager or similar role in a digital business (Client or Agency side)
Proven experience in managing digital projects & a genuine interest in technology (not coding or technical level)
Proven ability to multi-task with multiple account management, influencing stakeholders
Preferable skills (not essential):
Ideally Degree Holder
